My Background

For over 15 years, my life was defined by my duty to the United States military. Operating in high-stakes environments within military intelligence—specifically alongside the 1st and 5th Special Forces Groups—I learned to analyze data rapidly, make decisions under intense pressure, and lead with absolute accountability.

The military taught me that no matter the circumstances, the mission and the people you serve come first. I took those principles and applied them to a completely new battlefield: technology.

Transitioning into Tech

When I transitioned to civilian life, I directed my analytical rigor toward software engineering, cloud architecture, and artificial intelligence. I realized that the same foundational skills—pattern recognition, risk mitigation, and systemic troubleshooting—translated perfectly to building robust data systems.

Today, as a full-stack cloud and AI developer based in Charlottesville, Virginia, I focus on the Azure ecosystem, specializing in AI observability, process automation, and creating elegant, high-impact data dashboards using tools like Power BI and Python.

Commitment to Ethical Tech & Safeguarding the Vulnerable

Technology should empower, protect, and illuminate. I am acutely aware of the ethical responsibilities engineers carry, particularly as AI pipelines become more autonomous. That’s why I’ve dedicated a massive portion of my career to building AI observability dashboards—ensuring we can trace, monitor, and enforce safety across algorithmic tasks.

Beyond the codebase, my deepest personal commitment is to human trafficking advocacy. I am actively developing a nonprofit organization that leverages secure technology, data-informed outreach, and compassionate rehabilitation to assist survivors. My goal is to build safe harbors—both digital and physical—where the vulnerable can heal and achieve long-term stability.
